สำหรับคนที่ใช้ RealVNC Free Edition จะมีปัญหาไม่สามารถ Remote เครื่อง Windows 7 ได้ซึ่งสาเหตุเนื่องจาก RealVNC Free Edition นั้นไม่ Support Windows 7 นั่นเอง อ้างอิง
ข้อดีของ software ตระกูล VNC คือถึงแม้ว่าจะคนละค่ายแต่ก็ใช้ Remote ได้เช่น ถ้าเครื่องเราใช้ RealVNC แต่เราต้องการ Remote ไปที่เครื่องที่ใช้ UltraVNC หรือ TightVNC ก็ทำได้เหมือนกันครับ
