แย่แล้วเปลี่ยนวันที่ไม่ได้ อะไรกันเป็น Admin เครื่องแท้ๆ หลายๆท่านคงเคยเจอเวลาที่เราพยายามจะเปลี่ยนวันที่แล้วมี Error Message นี้ขึ้นมา สาเหตุเกิดจากการที่ สิทธิ์สำหในการเปลี่ยนเวลาและวันที่ ในWindows ได้หายไป ปกติแล้ว
Windows จะมีการกำหนดสิทธิ์ไว้ว่าให้ได้เฉพาะสิทธิ์ใดบ้าง ตัวอย่างเช่น Administrator Power User เป็นต้น วิธีแก้ก็แค่กลับไปเพิ่มสิทธิ์นั้นให้กลับมาเหมือนเท่านั้น
1. เข้าไปที่ Administrative Tools แล้วเลือกที่ Local Security Policy
2. Security Setting -> Local Policies -> User Rights Assignment
3. ดูที่ Change the system time แล้วเปลี่ยน Everyone ซะ
4. จากนั้นก็ทำการ Restart
5. เมื่อเปิดเครื่องขึ้นมาก็จะสามารถใช้งานได้

each time a comment is added I get three emails with the same
